About QueckBiz

QueckBiz is a small, independent project: a set of free tools for creating invoices, receipts, estimates, proforma invoices, credit notes and purchase orders in your browser. It is built and maintained by one person, Mohamed Ait-Ahmed, an independent web developer based in Morocco.

Why it exists

Small businesses and freelancers often need one simple document, an invoice or a receipt, and end up paying for a subscription or fighting with a spreadsheet template. QueckBiz is an attempt to make that one job quick, with no account and no sign-up.

How the tools work and what happens to your data

Everything you type is processed in your browser. The document is generated on your device, and QueckBiz does not receive or store the names, amounts or details you enter. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser’s network tab while you create a document and you will see no data being sent. The site does use cookies and analytics for traffic statistics and, where enabled, advertising; see the Privacy Policy and Cookies pages.

About the guides on this site

The articles in the blog explain how these documents are normally used. They are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Requirements differ by country and change over time, so check them with a qualified accountant or your tax authority before relying on them. Each tool page includes a worked example with sample figures; these are illustrations, not real transactions.

Languages

The tools and guides are available in English, French (Français) and Arabic (العربية).

Funding

The tools are free to use. Hosting costs are small, and the site may show advertising to help cover them. Ads never change what the tools do and no feature is behind a paywall.
