This architecture means QueckBiz is inherently private. We cannot see your client names, invoice amounts, or business details — because they never reach us. It also means the tools work offline once the page has loaded, making them reliable even in low-connectivity environments.

Our Story

QueckBiz was born out of a frustration that many freelancers and small business owners share: the gap between the quality of documentation tools available to large companies and those available to independent professionals. Enterprise businesses have access to sophisticated ERP systems, accounting platforms, and document management tools with dedicated IT support. Freelancers and micro-businesses, on the other hand, often end up using workarounds — editing someone else's Word template, paying for a subscription they barely use, or spending twenty minutes in a PDF editor just to send a simple invoice.

We believed there was a better way. By building tools that run entirely in the browser, we could eliminate the need for server infrastructure, user accounts, and data storage — and pass those savings directly to users in the form of a completely free product. The result is QueckBiz: fast, private, and accessible to anyone with a web browser.

The Technology Behind QueckBiz

QueckBiz is built using standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. There is no proprietary framework, no mobile app to install, and no plugin required. The tools work in any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — on any device, including smartphones and tablets.

Document generation happens entirely client-side. When you click "Download" or "Print," your browser generates the PDF using its built-in print engine. This means the output quality is determined by your browser and system print settings, not by a server-side PDF generator. We optimize our document layouts for print output, ensuring clean margins, proper page breaks, and professional typography in the final document.

We host QueckBiz on Cloudflare Pages, which provides fast global delivery through a content delivery network, automatic HTTPS, and robust uptime. Cloudflare's infrastructure means QueckBiz loads quickly regardless of where in the world you are located.

Supported Document Types: A Closer Look

Each QueckBiz tool is designed around the specific requirements and conventions of its document type:

Invoice Generator: Supports multiple line items with descriptions, quantities, and unit prices. Calculates subtotals, applies tax rates, handles discounts (percentage or fixed amount), and shows a clearly formatted total due with payment terms and due date.

Receipt Maker: Produces proof-of-payment documents with transaction date, payment method, itemized list, and total amount paid. Suitable for cash sales, service completions, and any situation where a client needs documentation that payment has been received.

Estimate / Quotation: Creates formal price proposals with line-item detail, validity period, and terms. Helps set clear expectations before work begins and can be referenced on the final invoice to show the client that billing matches the approved estimate.

Proforma Invoice: Generates preliminary invoices used for international trade documentation, advance payment requests, and client budget approvals. Clearly marked as "proforma" to distinguish it from a final billing document.

Credit Note: Issues formal reductions against previous invoices, referencing the original invoice number. Used for partial or full refunds, price adjustments, returned goods, and correcting overcharging errors.

Purchase Order: Creates structured procurement documents issued by a buyer to a supplier, specifying goods or services, quantities, agreed prices, and delivery expectations. Establishes a paper trail for business purchasing decisions.

Roadmap and Future Development

We are actively developing additional features and tools based on user feedback. Planned improvements include additional currency and tax format support, more customization options for business branding, additional document templates for specific industries, and expanded language support. We do not announce specific release dates, but we publish updates regularly and always prioritize features requested most frequently by our users.
