1. Our Core Privacy Principle

QueckBiz tools run entirely in your web browser. All document data you enter — client names, invoice amounts, business details, addresses, and any other information — is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We do not store your business documents, and we have no access to the content of any document you create using our tools.

This is not a marketing claim — it is an architectural fact. Our tools are static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. There is no backend server receiving your form data, no database storing your invoices, and no account system holding your information. When you close a QueckBiz tool, the data you entered disappears.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The following categories of information are never collected, stored, or transmitted by QueckBiz:

• Names, addresses, or contact details you enter into our document tools
• Invoice amounts, payment terms, or financial figures
• Client or customer information entered into any form field
• Documents you create, download, or print using our tools
• Business registration numbers, tax IDs, or banking details
• Passwords or authentication credentials (we have no accounts system)

3. Information We Do Collect

Like virtually all websites, QueckBiz collects a limited amount of non-personally identifying technical data to understand how the site is used and to serve advertising. This includes:

3.1 Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns on QueckBiz. This service may collect your approximate geographic location (country and region level), browser type and version, device type, pages visited, and how long you spent on each page. This data is aggregated and anonymized — we cannot identify you from this information. Google Analytics data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

If you decline cookies when prompted by our consent banner, analytics tracking will not be activated. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3.2 Advertising Data (Google AdSense)

8. Data Security

Because QueckBiz does not collect or store your document data, there is no database of your business information to protect. The minimal technical data collected by Google Analytics and AdSense is subject to Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and we implement standard security headers to prevent common web vulnerabilities.

9. Children's Privacy

QueckBiz does not sell personal information to any third party. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only personal data-adjacent information we process is anonymized analytics data through Google Analytics, from which you can opt out at any time.

QueckBiz is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which operates a global content delivery network. Your visit to QueckBiz may involve your data being processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Google Analytics and Google AdSense also process data in the United States. These transfers are conducted under appropriate legal mechanisms including Google's Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
